Refund request when order isn’t processed in the given time duration
If a customer has not received the requested service(s) or any update from our side then he/she can claim the amount paid for the service(s) from us and we shall be responsible for the refund of the amount within 7 working days to the customer. In such cases, you simply need to mail us at info@translationservicesindia.in with your order details within 7 days from the date of promised delivery.
Refund request after placing the order
If a customer requests to cancel the order when we have started working on it then it should be our choice whether to refund or not.
